Bit of a newb here, so it could be me. Two problems:

I just posted “Reservoir Dogs” on the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. It has been assigned a location category by the app as a ride in Washington State, USA. I can’t find a way to fix this.

The route assigned by the app ignores some of the waypoints I entered, and entirely skips plotting a side loop on roads that show up on the app’s map. It also assigns a route to the endpoint of the ride which would direct users through a locked gate into a restricted access area. No amount of moving or adding waypoints can encourage the app to plot the correct line.
